Before You Reserve

• Plan Ahead: Book 3–30 days before arrival.

• Last-Minute Magic: Same-day services available (limited).

• All-Inclusive Setup: Delivery, design, and removal included.

• Timing Matters: Setup takes 2–8 hours, removal 2–4 hours.

• Check-In Ready: You must be physically checked into your room before we start.

• Reserve Your Spot: A 50% deposit (non-refundable) secures your date.

• Rental Décor: All items are rentals—handled with expert care.

From arrival to reveal, we make sure every detail is ready for your unforgettable moment.

Cancellation:

Your booking is confirmed upon deposit which is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking for any reason, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking, and must re-book within 30 days. After 30 days you will have to resubmit a quote and a new deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
